Creating a Harmonious Blend of Nature and Contemporary Design

Inspired by the breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery and mountains, the design of Shubhamkaroti Farms focuses on creating a harmonious connection between the interiors and exteriors. The use of lean, straight lines and sharp angles in the contemporary interior design style adds a touch of sophistication to the space.

One of the standout features of this design is the central open atrium, which visually binds all the spaces together and creates captivating shadows and forms throughout the day. This atrium serves as the primary eye-catching element, adding a sense of drama and elegance to the overall design.

One of the major challenges faced during the realization of this design was the utilization of the different contour levels of the plot. The bungalow was strategically lowered to take advantage of the stunning views, with the entrance driveway offering a panoramic vista of the greenery and an infinity pool that seamlessly transitions into a waterfall in the garden area.

The interior spaces of Shubhamkaroti Farms are characterized by a careful selection of materials, colors, and furniture. The use of natural wood, mix-match veneers, whites, greys, and warm earthy colors creates a soothing and inviting ambiance. Australian white marble and black granite flooring add depth and visual interest to the design.

Spanning a total area of 6089 sq.ft, this residential bungalow is designed to cater to the diverse needs of its occupants. The layout of the home is divided into four major functional areas, including a formal living and dining area, an informal lounge with an entertainment zone, fully self-contained private bedrooms, and a landscaped area.

Completed in October 2016, Shubhamkaroti Farms has garnered recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018, which recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
